SEOUL (Reuters) – U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken held talks with his South Korean and Japanese counterparts in San Francisco on Tuesday and agreed to step up coordination against the increasing military cooperation between Russia and North Korea, calling it a “serious threat” to international peace, South Korea’s foreign ministry said.
